Federal Parliament election 2021 Partial votes now known

What happened ? Absolutely embarrassing. The votes of one of the chancellor candidates will not count according to the specific guidelines of the Federal Parliament election 2021, even if there are only 2 votes. Mr Laschet already cast his ballot in a primary school in Aachen this morning at around 11.10 a.m. Of course, as always, under the eyes of many photographers and other journalists. Everything is permissible and ok. But when Mr. Lachet leaves his voting booth because of the secret ballot and folds his ballot paper, everyone can clearly see it: Mr. Laschet folded his ballot paper incorrectly and there are clearly two crosses on the CDU. It is clear that everyone trusted him to vote. But it clearly violates voting secrecy.

The Federal Returning Officer explains again very clearly on the website (quote): Before leaving the voting booth, the voting slip must be folded in such a way that it is not clear how you voted. Also in the federal electoral law of 1993, which was still amended in June 2021, it is clear in paragraph 34 that (quote): The voter then folds the ballot paper in such a way that his vote is not recognizable and throws it into the ballot box. I would now say and maintain: The first candidate for Chancellor who at least openly submits an invalid ballot and allows himself to be filmed and photographed while doing so. If these two voices from the CDU are still missing in the end.

But that is still the only election glitch if the other one happened the day before: In the quiz show Asked Gejagt, the ARD runs a treadmill with the information that it would be a federal election projection from 5.46 p.m. while the candidate is being asked. Interesting, because projections always come in at 6 p.m. sharp. Okay, if it's already running, then here are the published fake results. Unfortunately, not all parties have been reported because the glitch was obviously noticed and the tape was then hidden. The SPD comes to 22.7%, the CDU to 22.1%, the AFD to 10.5% and the FDP to 13.2%, that would be a dream result, by the way. Let's see what the truth looks like tonight.
